This Terms of Business sets out the terms upon which we agree to act for our clients and contains details of our regulatory and statutory responsibilities.
We are acting for and on behalf of the Insurer and arrange the policy with the Insurer on your behalf. You do not pay us a fee for doing this.

Tedaisy Insurance Brokers Limited t/a Now Pet Insurance Services is an appointed representative of Tedaisy Underwriting Limited who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 504604.
Tedaisy Insurance Brokers Limited is registered in England and Wales with company number 09981861 at Warner House, 123 Castle Street, Salisbury, SP1 3TB.

Policies purchased on or after 26th February 2025 are underwritten by the Insurer, Antares Insurance Company Limited, (Company Registration Number 13763689), 21 Lime Street, London, United Kingdom, EC3M 7HB. Authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under firm reference number 967451.
Policies purchased before 26th February 2025 and not yet renewed are underwritten by the Insurer, Casualty & General Insurance Company (Europe) Limited, who are registered in Gibraltar under company number 89400 with a registered address at Suite 3A, Centre Plaza, 2 Horse Barrack Lane, Main Street, Gibraltar.
Casualty & General Insurance Company (Europe) Limited is authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission under the Financial Services (Insurance Companies) Act and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority. Details about the extent of its regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority are available on request.
Advice
We are an insurance intermediary who does not provide personal recommendation or advice. We will provide you information about the insurance products we offer, but cannot make a decision for you.
Your duty of disclosure
You must take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to the us. This means that all the answers you give and statements you make as part of your insurance application, including at renewal and when an amendment to your policy is required, should be honest and accurate. If you deliberately or carelessly misinform us, this could mean that part of or all of a claim may not be paid.
Commission
When we sell you a policy the insurer pays us a commission which is a percentage of the annual premium that you are charged.
Please be assured that at no time will the way in which we are remunerated conflict with our responsibilities to meet your needs and treat you fairly.
Telephone call recording and monitoring
We may record and/or monitor any call that is made between you and us. This is to guarantee perfect service levels for training purposes, but also to prevent and detect fraud. Please take reasonable care to answer all the questions honestly and best of your knowledge. If you don’t, your policy may be cancelled, or treated as if it never existed, or your claim rejected or not fully paid.
Protecting your money
Prior to your premium being forwarded to the insurer (or forwarded to you in the event of a premium refund) we hold your money as an agent of the insurer with which we arrange your insurance. Where we hold premium as the agent of the insurer it is regarded as received by the insurer.
How to claim
Please refer to your policy documentation if you need to notify us of a claim. You should contact us as soon as you become aware of any incident which could give rise to a claim.

Law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Where necessary, for example where we would like to use your data for some marketing purposes, we shall ask for your specific consent to do so.
Your personal information includes all of the details you have given us to process your insurance policy (we will not ask for more information than is necessary).
We may share your data with Third Parties for the provision and ongoing performance of your insurance policy.
Your data may be transferred outside the UK.
We will not sell, rent or trade your data under any circumstances. All of the personal information you supply to us will be handled strictly in accordance with the applicable Data Protection regulations and legislation.
